今シーズン、多くのコレクションでキーワードに上がった「Military」。
今やアウターの定番となっているトレンチコート、モッズコート、Pコート、ボンバージャケットなど、これらのルーツを遡るとたどりつくのは、厳しい環境下で身を守るために創られたミリタリーウェア。
その削ぎ落とされた機能美ゆえに時代を超え、コレクションブランドをはじめドメスティックブランド、ストリートシーンにおいて多くのファッションピープルを魅了しています。

今回の[Shop Column]では、今シーズン注目のミリタリーアウターにフォーカスしました。
今年は特に、ビッグシルエットやロング丈のボリューム感と、ツイード素材やメルトンとの切り替えを用いたファブリックの変化など、往年のミリタリーウェアをデザイナーのフィルターを通して再構築しているところに新鮮さが漂います。

This season many collections uses the keyword "military".

Because it is a universal item, the individuality of the brand/designer, feeling of this year may be sensed. Basic coats are fine but for this year a military outer wear with a little urban feeling is even better.
